What the Line / Trendline does

The Line and Trendline tool lets you draw straight lines across the canvas at any angle. Lines animate from one endpoint to the other, simulating a live draw. Use it for trendlines, support and resistance levels, horizontal price targets, and diagonal breakout lines. Fully customizable color, thickness, dash style, and animation speed.

How to use the Line / Trendline

1. Select Line from the Drawing Tools section in the sidebar.
2. Style the line: solid, dashed, or dotted. Set width from 0.5 to 20px. Toggle Extend to project the line beyond its endpoints.
3. Add a Pulse Wave: a ring, sonar, or burst animates along the line from start, end, or both. Set radius, rings, and duration.

When to use it

• Draw a rising trendline under price action in a bullish trend video.
• Add a horizontal support or resistance level with a dashed line style.
• Show a diagonal breakout line animating across the chart for dramatic effect.

Tips

• The pulse wave on a trendline break is a powerful visual cue in a trade recap video.
• Set animation duration to match the pace of your candle sequence for synchronized reveals.
• Layer two lines to create a converging triangle or wedge pattern.
