What the Elliott Wave does

Elliott Wave lets you place the classic 5-wave impulse (1-2-3-4-5) and 3-wave corrective (A-B-C) structures directly on your chart. Each wave node is a draggable anchor point with a numbered or lettered label. Wave lines connect the nodes automatically. Use it to teach wave theory, mark trade entries at wave 3, or show the full cycle of a completed move.

Included on every plan, including Free.

How to use the Elliott Wave

  1. Select Elliott Wave from Trading Tools and click to place each wave node in sequence.
  2. Drag any node to adjust the wave structure. Labels follow automatically.
  3. Toggle between impulse (12345) and corrective (ABC) mode in the panel.

When to use it

  • Annotate a completed 5-wave impulse to show the beginning of a corrective phase.
  • Mark wave 3 entry and wave 5 target in a trade plan video.
  • Build a full Elliott Wave education video showing both impulse and correction cycles.

Tips

  • Use contrasting colors for impulse vs corrective waves.
  • Pair with Fibonacci to show wave 3 typically ending near the 161.8% extension.
